These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including but not limited to Dedicated Servers, VPS Hosting, Cloud Services, and related technical support.By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.
1.Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach related to your account.
GermanyServerHost reserves the right to suspend accounts containing false or misleading information.
2.Service Orders, Payments & Billing
All services are billed on a prepaid basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are confirmed at the time of order.
Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, including VAT where required.
3.Service Provisioning & Activation
GermanyServerHost offers instant activation for eligible hosting plans once payment is successfully confirmed.
Activation may be delayed if manual verification, fraud screening, or additional documentation is required.
Service provisioning times may vary depending on the selected plan.
4.Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use GermanyServerHost services for:
Any activity that violates German, EU, or international law
Spamming, phishing, or distribution of malware
Unauthorized access, hacking attempts, or DDoS attacks
Hosting copyrighted content without proper authorization
Distribution of illegal, abusive, or harmful content
Activities that compromise network stability or security
5.Uptime & Service Level Agreement (SLA)
GermanyServerHost aims to provide 99.9% uptime as defined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, customer misconfigurations, and third-party software issues are excluded from uptime calculations.
SLA credits, if applicable, are governed by the separate SLA document.
6.Customer Data & Backups
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining regular backups of their data unless a managed backup service is included in the plan.
GermanyServerHost is not liable for data loss resulting from:
Customer actions
Software errors
Third-party applications
Security breaches caused by weak configurations
7.Technical Support
Technical support is provided according to the selected hosting plan.
Support includes troubleshooting network and infrastructure-related issues.
Support does not include custom development, third-party software configuration, or application-level troubleshooting unless explicitly agreed.
